If you want this name instead of Audi A3 4×4 in-game, then search for you MayenM3 folder, then open up config1.txt and replace carVersionName=4×4 with carVersionName=Quattro. The Audi A3 4×4 is a sad name for the otherwise known Audi A3 Quattro. This will overwrite the file: name.txt, which contains the name of the car. When prompted to overwrite, press yes to all. Put all the folders of the different cars in here. Remember it’s a zip-file, so unpack it before putting it in the Cars-folder. Then go to cms2018_Data > StreamingAssets > Cars.
